The Sky Tree
As I look upon the sky,
I have often wondered why
The roots of the great tree all are shown
When the sky is dark and the heavens moan.
They glow so brightly, so jagged and twisted;
Through out all time has the sky tree existed.
As it's roots grow through the clouds,
It's echoing voice sings aloud
The coming of it's bitter tears,
The seeds it's sown through out the years.
It's trunk and limbs oft go unseen
Amidst the clouds heavy screen.
And when the sky is clear once more,
It hides away as it's done before.
Before I die I wish to see
The beauty of the heaven's tree.
